hi, wondering if anyone has a fix for the galaxy s4 back and menu keys stopping working after lollipop update? i've factory reset, and just about to smash the dam thing, and give in and buy an i phone, lol!

Have you tried Hard Reset? If not, try performing a Hard Reset.

Re-flash the firmware to latest version again using ODIN. This may solve the issue
