Unable to use mobile data

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J5 dual SIM(LTE) cellphone from India and brought in UK. I can clearly make calls & messages. However, i am not able to use my Talkmobile internet only. I did tried with correct APN but till same no mobile internet.
Please guide me how can solve this issue.

You have dual sim phone, and what SIM slot do you use for internet?
Usually SIM slot #1 is intended for mobile internet, and #2 - for voicing.
