Api for Android in Eclipse was downloaded during the installation process. Download all the files are installed when my laptop was Hang and Restart. now enter Eclips can not do anything. Now when I click on the EXE file Eclips Open and closes in One Second . What should I do ?

Hello,
You can delete the Eclipse folder since there is no "real" installation on your disk.
I suggest you to move to Android Studio. IMHO, it is a better IDE than Eclipse is. And moreover, it is the way to go. Eclipse platform is gave up by Google.
