Samsung Galaxy S2 — maps don't work (apps & browser)

hello,

i have a samsung galaxy s2 gt-i9100 with android 4.2.2/cyanogenmod 10.1.3.1 -i9100

my problem is that maps don't work at this phone. every map i open just shows the "console" (i don't know if it's the right term, but i hope you know what i mean) but no map.
it happens in apps (google maps, osmand, qando) or in the browser (google maps, google search implemented maps etc)
before i had an older cyanogenmod-version on this phone and everything worked out fine.

does anybody know what that could be?

i already tried to:
- clear the cache and data
- de- and reinstall
