I need help with my Android Application Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee

Hi. So I'm creating an android app now.. and what it will do is I send a coordinates via sms and the app will display the coordinates and then there is a button, if i click the button it will automatically open google map and it is pointed to the location of the coordinates. My problem is it is not the exact location. For example, I will send the coordinates 7.51,125.03.. the location is point in Maramag (somewhere in the Philippines) when I clicked the marker, the coordinates it display is different, and this different coordinates is the exact coordinates of Maramag, the coordinates 7.51,125.03 is not Maramag I searched it on Google. What might be the error? Please response ASAP. Badly needed it. Thank You in Advance.
