My son was using my Galaxy S4 and now am unable to unlock screen and it will not hard reset. Tried the volume up +home button +power button. It will restart back to the locked screen but will not hard reset. Tried taking the battery out and then back in without any luck. The screen is cracked also. Any suggestion of what can be done.
