How long should a factory reset take? My S4 started freaking out earlier today; apps wouldn't load, it wouldn't connect to the internet, and I couldn't send or receive texts. After trying all my regular solutions I decided to do a factory reset-- which I've never done before, or had to do, after having my S4 for 2 years. I did it through the settings menu, and it's been about 10 minutes, but the phone still says 'shutting down' when I press the home button. Thanks for any insight, I'm pretty frustrated at not having been able to communicate with anyone all day...
