My Samsung Galaxy S3 has given me problems since i got it. It doesn't charge when it's plugged in, it'll be "charging" at 1% or 0% and stay on. I have replaced the battery already, and the cord isn't the issue because it works with other phones that use the same charger. My phone will only 'charge' if the USB is plugged into the computer, but it will not work with the wall outlet at all. If it is plugged in for longer than 8 hours it will only go up to about 35%. When it's plugged in the "battery critically low" message just keeps flashing on and off the screen so I can't even use the phone because it won't rest and charge.
