Play store not opening

Hello,
My playstore is not opening even i am not able to download google play services not even its apk and not able to use youtube too. Please help.!!

Hello vikram
try this it might solve your problem
go to settings > app manager > all apps
then search for google apps and uninstall all updates of all google apps and also its clear data
if still you google apps won't work try above instruction again
and get the latest google apps from your friends through any app sharing app and install them
after this all apps should work fine
