chargingport works only after shuting down

Het guys,

I have a symphony w95 ( actually it is a mediatek based chines phone ). on yesterday igot wet in heavy rain/ although I have saved my device but strangely its charging port does not get charged but while I shut down, it starts charging. I don't know what to do. the fixing by someone will costly. Can any one help ?

Additionally I got it rooted by root

To solve this problem I have reset it

I have cleaned the port with spirit

I have tried three cables, they worked properly with other phones but not in my case

Nothing is working

Please Help
