Don't worry Tasmia even I have got this type of group messages on my Whatsapp
they are the one who get paid for advertising and some just go crazy and make a whatsapp group of random no. and send this message and then removes them 
beware most of this messages are scams and just delete those message
try not to give your no. to anyone not even on untrusted websites

Nvm the message and deleted it and block the number thats the best way to deal with those spammy message.
