Samsung Galaxy S6 — Icons on my 4 days old Samsung Galaxzy S6 is not responding

Hi guys, i recently bought Samsung Galaxzy S6 four few days back and the icons on the phone and apps are not responding. I wont restart either neither will it power off. Please help me out

Press vol up+home+power for 15-50 secs until it restarts. If it doesn't then go to service centre.
