Samsung Galaxy S4 — Can't hear ringtone on my S4

I've tried everything I know to get my volume up. If I don't have the phone near me or in my lap I never know when I am getting a call. In settings all volume is maxed. Call rejection is off. Can anyone help me?

Is that problem present on media player or ringtones only? If it is related to all of sounds maybe phone's loudspeaker is polluted or filled in with some liquid.
