First time post.
I would like to use my old RAZR as a real time viewer using RCA video camera output from my non digital underwater camera to view boat bottom. Something like google cardboard goggles without 3D. I have a Mini AV2HDMI up scaler 720p/1080p device to input RCA video and output HDMI. Cannot find an app to view feed on RAZR. Any help would be greatly appreciated including advice it cannot be done. Walt
