Advice for finding a Developer

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on methods of how to find a developer to add to my team. We currently have funding and are creating an app but would appreciate a few more hands, is there any websites that anyone can advise. Below is the the ad, if it helps in reccomends a website. Thanks :)

App Developer Needed

We are a team developing a social media app and need someone to support development of the software.

Job Description:
Customisation of the software for our unique social media app
Flexible Hours

Languages required:
Java & Android SDK or
Objective C/Swift

Other Requirements
Live in London

Compensation:
Based on experience. Combination of equity and salary. Tbc

there r a few dev on androidpit...just type in developer in search bar and it will pull up all developers on Android pit... gd luck!

I've tried to make three projects using freelancer. Only from one of them I was fully satisfied. So if you choose this option try to double check person selected to this job.
