Do you recommend a pure stock Android phone like Nexus phones or a non-stock like Samsung or HTC which contain TouchWiz and Sense ? Present your views in the answers.

HTC Sense and Samsung TouchWiz etc can't be considered stock android, it is stock for Samsung and Samsung devices or HTC and HTC devices, but it is not stock for Android all together.

I am asking the choice between these Androids and Stock Androids all together.

I think that better choice is pure stock Android. Why? No aditional (useless) application. You can customize everything as you wish.
