what gives? all catergories and all apps say not yet available in the store. I don't understand why its like this.I mean why bother having this store if I can' use it. thanks for any input!

I want to suggest you that first clear all the Google play store cache and data on your android phone. Then uninstall play store updates and then install the latest version of it. Provide the email account and sign in. I hope it will work then properly.
