It is currently stuck on a picture of my mom which is weird..and I don't even have that picture in my gallery! I thoroughly checked my settings and I can't find anything. Can you please help me? :'(

Hi,
Go to the Settings > Display > Wallpaper and select a picture to set as the Wallpaper. Then you are asked to crop the picture (in this step make sure to select the portrait mode), and after that tap the OK button and at the end select either Lock Screen, Home Screen or both

What if they don't give you that option to crop the photo and add to lock screen

Easiest way is to go to themes then swipe to left under customize there is an option for lockscreen wallpapers for default and limited to few wallpaper selections online.

Hello.
Try also the best Specs of Alcatel TRU is yet another efficient entry-level smartphone that can cater to any regular users’ needs. It is equipped with the right specs such as a 2000mAh battery capacity that can withstand a day’s use, a quad-core Snapdragon processor along with 1 GB of RAM that allows particular multitasking on apps, a camera equipped with great Polaroid filters, and of course, the blazing fast 4G/LTE data connection. The unit also flaunts a good looking and leather-ish feel on its back panel as it features a soft noir faux leather rear.

Hello Richard, sorry for the late response, but too change your wallpaper for your lockscreen, go into your settings, display, wallpaper, then click on wallpaper gallery, give It the required permission, the click desired image and click set as lockscreen.
