HTC Desire HD — Downloading of Whats app pictures and videos

I have a problem with my HTC phone. Downloading of any image or videos that I am getting on my whats app account has stopped suddenly. If I try to download, error message is given "Download failed". Can anyone help in letting me know how this can be resolved.

Hello Pradip Sir,
I think you have to check into your whats app install file there is something problem and also you can back up your whats app chat and you uninstall it and download again try it this steps I hope you will get the solution from that..
