Samsung Galaxy Note Edge — AT&T Note Edge No Sim Card No Bloatware Installed When Powered Up ?

Is it true that you can power up the AT&T Note Edge without the SIM card and the Bloatware will not be installed ?

Bloatware is pre-installed, so no. But it won't be activated or updated until a carrier sim is put in.
