After latest lollipop update I now have no hotspot which I need very much and am also paying extra for.... Sony customer services are in denial I Will Never buy a Sony product ever again.... Go on any other forum and it's a big problem.... Just never get back to you and Then have the cheek to send a "How did we do email" Not too well at all you useless buggers...
