Samsung Galaxy S4 — s4 update problems

My galaxy s4 has just done the recent update of lollipop 5.01 and since it's been installed basically I don't have a phone it keeps shutting itself on and off freezing and lost the touch wiz so can't delete or add anything could anyone help me before I literally smash my phone up its getting me that mad

After update it's recommended to reset your phone to Factory Settings and instal all apps again. Be sure you have backups of your data/contacts before resetting.
