I've had my Samsung Galaxy 4S phone for a couple of months. I stopped charging a few days ago so I tried a different charger and it worked. Yesterday it stopped charging completely and now the battery is totally dead and won't turn on. I ordered a new battery today and I'm hoping this will fix the problem but I'm not convinced since the phone is pretty new. If anyone else has had this issue please let me know if there is something else I should try to check.
