[Not an App yet] Name Ringtone Mixer - Will it be good to make into app?

Hi everyone, we would like to get your opinions.

We made a name ringtone mixer - LAZYtone which enable people to have their name call out in ringtone and the ringtone is their choice of song. We found many name ringtones are fixed name and song that can't be changed, that means you may find your name but maybe don't like the pre-mixed song so much, and it's usually very limited choice of songs for a name.

Currently this tool is web-based and is built with responsive design for mobile browser. (Can't deny the fact that many are browsing through mobile devices.)

So what do you all think about LAZYtone? Do you think it's good to make into an app or remain web-based?
