Samsung Galaxy S4 mini — WIFI Mini S4... works with one router.. but not another.

Hey Guys,

The situation is we both had S4 mini's and one died... so it was replaced with an Alcatel.

Prior to this, both phones would readily access the web via the domestic WIFI router.

Now the Alcatel wont.... it connects to the Router, but no internet.

The other S4 Mini is not affected.

Took the new phone to the Telstra shop, and it automatically logged onto the shop router AND had internet access.

No settings on the phone were altered in the interim.

Any ideas?
