Google Nexus 5 — With recent Nexus 5 updates 5.1 - phone keep getting restart

Is Anyone facing !!

With recent Nexus 5 updates 5.1 - phone keep getting restart. After its showing optimizing apps... 1 out of 130. it will take 10 mins.

again after 10mins it will switch off .. same case repeat :(

I have the same problem with my Nexus 5 after the update to Lollipop 5.1 few days ago. the phone restarts most times when I touch the power button - followed by the Optimizing Apps notification. Have Factory reset phone twice after that - but still facing issues. Also notice the battery getting warmer than usual and draining faster

any tips to correct/rectify??
