New Smart phone

I am going to buy my first smart phone. I am confused which phone should I select. I have chosen:
1- Samsung Galaxy Ace 4
2- Samsung Galaxy Core II
3- Samsung Galaxy J1
These phones come in my budget of PKR 15000/- (147.24 US Dollar)
Which of these phone is better for me?

They're pretty similar, though the ace 4 has better hardware (same chipset as the moto E 2015). Though the moto E is better than any of them.

Actually I want to stick myself to Samsung. So why not J1.

The source for my info was wrong, the J1 has the same chipset as the moto e, though it has limited ram. The J1 has a slightly bigger screen, a slightly better battery, and is quad core rather than dual core. On paper it's better but in practice I'd be wary about a phone running Touchwiz with less than 1gb ram.
