I rooted my i545 over a year ago. Have not been able to get any update since, and everyday I can only postpone the Samsung update (won't update because its rooted).
Now I'm tired of rescheduling everyday lol.
4.3 Mk2
I dont know what the knox status is, do I start there with ODEN?
I want to erase everything on there and start over.

Well, @david you are correct because you have rooted your device which is the reason why you can't pushed the updated to install over your device. In order to start getting the updated pushed you need to unroot your device, i.e by flashing the stock ROM again onto your device with the help of ODIN ! 
Also don't forget to backup your data before moving forward with it !!!
