I had sumsung galaxy s 3 and it stopped working suddenly and its hardware was damaged i wanna know if my data on the mobile would be deleted if its hardware would be repaired ...please anyone could help me ?

if its hardware was damage that mean it make no effect on internal data, and if the actual issue is related to software then its erase all data during flash your mobile.
