CAN'T GET GOOGLE APP SERVICES TO UPDATE STUCK ON 3.????
I TRIED ALL TRICKS IN THE BOOK, NO GO!!!

Well, did you tried heading over to the Settings>application manager>Swipe Left to all>Look out for Google Play Services app> Tap the Uninstall updates button once you did that your device Google PlayServices version will moved down to factory version i.e by the time you got your device. Make sure that you remain connected to the Wi-Fi or mobile network and give it a while it will automatically update itself and if it doesn't then you can always do it manually by getting the Latest version of .apk file for Google PlayServices downloaded over the device. Just make sure before installing the .apk file you need to allow installation of unknown sources, it can be done by heading over to the Settings>Security>Tick the Unknown Sources under Device Adminstration.
