when ever i enabled the mobile data it is automatically disabling within 2 to 3 seconds on my moto g. Any suggestion would be a great help.

Well, that's weird ! Try powering your device off and then again restart it and check if it still disables automatically ??

Well, so did you installed any battery saver apps over you device? Sometimes some intelligent battery saver apps do the same !
