music won't download from google to phone

Thanks in advance for anyone answers. Music

I've attached a screenshot of my phone to show what's happening. I go to my google music app and click download. It looks like it's starting to work as a slim gray slice of pie forms but it's been 5 days and no further action.

Please help.
