I reset it but I still can't use the app center can someone help

Have rooted the device or else installed the custom Rom for the tablet. If you have not performed any of this this option, then try to install the Google play store or try install google play store alternatives.

I mean that once reinstall the app store and try once, if you fail. Then go ahead with alternative app store. I hope this will help you ride out from this issue.

Hey @patty can you elaborate a little more because what I am getting over here is you are experiencing problem with the app center but I don't know about which app center you are talking about ??? Are you talking about Google PlayStore or ... ?? (thinking)

You need to update the app store or have your Download Manager enabled.
