my email exchange services has quit all of a sudden how do I fix this problem?

Well, did you tried restarting the email client? It should have start working back again, try checking it and see if it quits again ?(thinking) If you encounter the same again then you can try clearing the cache and the data stored by the email client application by heading over to the application manager. :)
