pls help update my samsung s5 from android 4.4.4 kitkat to lollipop 5.0

Well @Khadijah Laurito, still Android Lollipop update has not been rolled out for S5, which is the reason why you are unable to update your device to Lollipop. 
It will be available soon ! Till the time I would say keep fingers crossed and keep tapping over the "check for update" button available !
