So i upgraded to android 5.0 today on my nexus 5, everything seems to have installed well except for a certain issue with my 3g. I can browse the internet and use some of my apps, such as snap chat and mail, but i get absolutely no notifications if i am on 3g. Not even snap chat and mail, which are working fine send me notifications. My fb and whatsapp messages dont go out on 3g.
When i am connected to wifi however everything works fine, i get notifications and my messages are sent no problem.
When i go to security - app usage - it appears blank with no messages.
