How to uninstall google apps @ CyanogenMod11

Hi guys,

I installed google apps on CyanogenMod11. It didn't work; I think that was a problem with built editions. Anyways, I don't need the google apps anymore and want to get rid of them. But I don't know how. It's not possible to unistall them like normally (settings -> apps -> downloaded). At least I was able to unable them. I wiped the cache and dalvik cache, set it back to factory mode and flashed a new CyanogenMod11 on it. Afterwards I wiped again everything. Nothing's working!
Any ideas?
