have you tried factory reset?

i think it will be a hardware problem

No matter How agressive the flagship phone be, it will have some or other problem. For full benefits or use of the phone i recommend to try Cyanogen custom ROM and you will be free of problems.

Thanks for your reviews for Nexus 5. Since, I had planned to switch from Windows to Android, I had planned to buy Nexus 5. Now, as per your feedback, I will definitely go with this.
