Custom Spinner Layout Adapter with json populated data on inside of listview?

have listview which contain with custom layout spinner as listview item,

this is a structure:

[parent layout]->[listview]->[textview and customize spinner layout as listview item]

my question is:

How populating json to custom layout spinner?
Then how to get value form each listview item(textview and value from inside of spinner)?
