Samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1 inch - installing system updates msg and not starting

Dear all,

My tablet is not coming out of installing system updates msg since 2 days.

Each time i switch on it is showing the same message and goes to sleep.

Please assist how to come out of this.
I am having Samsung galaxy 3 10.1 inch tablet.
