Hello everyone
This week I have made a Youtube account!
The intention is that I put as many apps and games from Android on my channel.
Can you give me some advice how I can improve?

The magic word here is content. You will need to have some video's that users can take a look at to see what type of content you want to produce (and the level of that content).
Some app reviews should be pretty easy to do, but I would also consider doing top-10 lists, upcomming apps, best-of-the-best, things like that. Keep your audience entertained 
You should have a few video's already before you start advertising your channel I think (since you didn't provide a link I didn't check if you have this already).
