Create an android project to save energy

Hi everyone,
I'm new guy and I want to create an android project to save energy.This project mus detect my activity with Accelerator,Gyroscope and GPS sensors,then decides to save energy,such as turn off Bluetooth or decrease display light or even turn off Wi-Fi when there is no network.The project must detect my activities such as walking,running,jogging,biking,standing,sitting and driving.
please help me to create this project.you can also introduce some source project to me. tnx
