After upgrading the app on kindle fire showing old app icon instead of new app icon

  • I have installed the app from amazon store in to my kindle fire device and version is 1.0. </br> And i have upgrade the same app from my system and version is 1.1. the app is upgrading but showing the old icon instead of new icon else everything working fine. </br>

  • Suppose if i update my app in amazon store and if i install the new app on old app it will shows the new icon instead of old icon. </br>

Please advice me... thanks.

Settings-Apps - select the misbehaving app and clear the cache
Restart the phone.. try it.. it is successful.
