Easiest for me is to paste the text into an email, send it to myself and open the email on my phone.

Better to use evernote like apps on both pc and android with same account makes it easier then others

Connect via kies and you can do it else you may do it with apps like Google Keep, Google Sheets, Mail or evernote I personally suggest Google Keep.
