Simpson Springfield Tapped Out stopped

I have a Acer Trio tablette and when I try to open Simpson Springfield's game, it doesn't even start!! Dors anyone have any idea?? thanks

Hey Natacha,

It's a device I've never even heard of, but I might have an idea...

If you can navigate to your app settings (sorry I don't know how to get you there), and you access the Simpsons Tapped Out app, there should be an option to "clear app cache." Once you do this, hopefully it should start working again.

I'm sorry I can't walk you through it step-by-step, if you struggle to do this get back to me and I'll try to help out again.

Let me know if this works anyway. :)
