New Phone since Upgrading to 4.4.2 Kit Kat Phone Reboots also Freezes on the Samsung Logo Screen,Did Hard Reset Works for a Few Minutes and does the same thing

Hi Jules,
Have you tried a factory reset then installing the update again with Samsung Kies, rather than downloading it over Wi-Fi?

Yes tried Factory Reset,Not sure if its in 4.4.2 or if its in Apps when it downloads all my Apps from Google Play Store even tried Safe Mode but seems to work for a Few minutes the Reboots and gets Stuck on the Samsung Logo n Freezes up
