Install apk and data over 1 GB

Hello.
I own a UTOK 700Q Lite tablet with 1 GB ram and 1GB internal memory. At this moment, only 200 MB ram and 130 MB internal is free. How can I install - let's say - GTA III since the game has 1.4 GB data?
Even if I add an SD card, free space in android \ odd will be the same.
There is any partition manager for android - without doing root - and to increase storage space?
I want to mention that - for the moment - I don't want to root the tablet!!!

I'm sorry to say that you have to root your device if you would like to install apk on a SDcard and there is a limit on how much space you can free up.

So if you really want Gta III you have to root :(

(correct me if I'm wrong bit pretty sure on this)

I have hoped to get rid of rooting the tablet and that there is a soft who does not require rooting.
