Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 — root and cyanogenmod11 problem

Hi, I am trying to use the instructions on this site for installing kitkat. I have downloaded the CWM recovery file but Odin can't find it, the CWM recovery file seems to be a disk image? but it should be a .tar I think?

am I doing something wrong? I have copied everything to the root file that it says to copy but i can't start the procedure as odin doesn't like the instructions on here

Well, if that file is a image file then you need to first extract its content, I think you can use some tools like magic iso to extract the image content once the image content gets extracted you will get the .tar file.
