Since the Kit Kat 4.4.2 update I cannot receive my Hotmail e-mails . Any fixes available out there?

have you tried factory reset. it gives the new updated OS a clean plate to start and everything should work okay. but not sure if you want to do it.

thats only from my experience.

Hey Douglas,

Tiff's solution might work for you, just remember that you need to make sure you back up your data before doing this. Doing a factory reset puts your phone back to square one, so even saved settings will be wiped.

Before doing that though, you could try doing a master Sync update:
Go to Settings, Data usage, menu and make sure Auto-sync data is checked.
