How many inches does a smartphone need to be for it to be considered a phablet?

In wiki it states that:
Phablets typically have screens that measure (diagonally) between 5 to 6.9 inches (130 to 180 mm), which complement screen-intensive activity such as mobile web browsing and multimedia viewing.
Which means that most flagship phones are phablets right? (htc one m8,GS4,Nexus 5,Experia z,z1,z2,etc.)
Why aren't the phones listed above at the hardware>phablet category in androidpit?

It may need updated, plus I think it depends on the physical size of the phone too. Even though the screen sizes of phones have increased over the last 3 or 4 years, their overall dimensions have only got slightly larger.

Anything @ or over 5.5" is a phablet for me
